Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement („Agreement“) is entered into on this date between:

**§1 Intensive Details

**1.1**

The Contract Partner is providing a 7-day Intensive for the Dancer from October 23rd, 2023 to October 29th, 2023, scheduled from Monday to Sunday, daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

**1.2 **

The Intensive includes various dance styles (e.g., jazz, commercial, musical, etc.), technique classes, movement awareness, body language, movement quality, performance training, energy management, stage and camera work, artist interaction, industry talks, and injury prevention. All classes are led by multiple professional and highly qualified creatives, choreographers, and coaches selected by the Contract Partner.

**1.3**

This contract must be signed within one week after receipt.

**§2 Payment**

**2.1 CONDITIONS**

The fee for the AOL|Studio29 Maximum Intensive BERLIN 2023 is

SUPER EARLY BIRD (till 20.08.23) 777 €

EARLY BIRD (21.08 till 17.09.23) 888 €

REGULAR (from 18.09.23) 999 €

Payment will be processed using the link provided via email after registration. Payment must be completed no later than 2 weeks after registration and always before the start of the intensive on October 23rd, 2023, to secure participation.

**2.2**

Payment in two installments can be arranged upon request. For this option, please contact the Contract Partner at Registration@maximum-intensive.com. The first installment of 50% is due no later than 2 weeks after registration, and the second installment of 50% is due no later than 4 weeks after registration.

**2.3**

The Dancer is obligated to pay the full fee to the Contract Partner, even if partial payment occurs after the Intensive.

**§3 Intensive Logistics** 

**3.1**

The Contract Partner ensures that the location specified in §1.1 is provided for the Intensive.

**3.2**

The Dancer is responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and shoes throughout the entire duration of the intensive. The Dancer is also required to bring necessary materials, such as a pen and notebook.

**3.3**

The Contract Partner will supply any specific props required for the Intensive.

**3.4**

The Dancer is responsible for providing their own food beverages during the days.

**§4 Liability**

**4.1**

The Contract Partner bears no responsibility for any damage sustained by the Dancer. The Dancer is advised to have their own insurance coverage.

**4.2**

The Dancer is accountable for their personal belongings. The Contract Partner does not assume responsibility for any loss of personal valuables.

**§5 Dancer Booking Rules**

The Dancer may only book the Intensive for its entire duration, from OCTOBER 23rd, 2023 to OCTOBER 29th, 2023 Single class bookings are not available unless explicitly specified by the Contract Partner.

**§6 Contract Partner’s Right of Cancellation**

In the event that less than 20 participants have firmly registered by OCTOBER 1st, 2023, the Contract Partner reserves the right to cancel the entire Intensive. In such a case, each Dancer will receive immediate notification from the Contract Partner, and payments made up to that date will be promptly reimbursed.

**§7 Cancellation and Refund Policy**

**7.1**

The Dancer has the right to terminate the contract in case of illness or injury, requiring the submission of a medical certificate for immediate effect. Termination due to professional reasons

must be communicated to the Contract Partner along with the contract and/or booking confirmation. Any such contract termination must be communicated via email.

**7.2**

If the Dancer chooses to terminate the contract before SEPTEMBER 17th, 2023, a 60% refund of the total fee will be provided promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. If the Dancer terminates the contract after SEPTEMBER 18th, 2023, without a medical certificate, no refund will be issued.

**7.4**

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the Contract Partner using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The Dancer will not be subject to any potential arising payment method fees. A processing fee of 5% will be deducted.

**§8 Confidentiality**

The Dancer agrees not to disclose the contents and conditions of this contract to third parties. This obligation shall persist even after the termination of this agreement.
